A Pictorial Journey to God’s House

View from my bedroom 8:30 am

I woke up today to a complete whiteness. The snow was magical. To enjoy the snow and inhale some crisp air I decided to walk to the mosque for the Friday prayer. The trip from my home to the masjid  is about 15 minutes only. Here are some pictures taken while walking to the masjid.

  2. I don’t know is it the pure white or its just me , but I always hear a lovely sound of snow-silence when ever it snows and I can hear /feel it in the pictures ….thanks for the lovely pictures w taqabbal allah 🙂

  3. Haitham, الكيل بمكيالين, and Whisper,
    Thank you all!
Although I don’t like the winter season or the cold weather, the snow is really very beautiful. Beside the extraordinary view, there are two other magical things that accompany the snow. Whisper mentioned one, that is the silence which is very true. The other one is the clean air. I always take a deep breath whenever I am out in the snow just to enjoy this amazing clean and crisp air.
Insha’Allah, Jordan see more rain during this season for the next dry seasons.
